We draw on historic maps, deed indexes, business registries, Certificates of Titles and museum, library and photographic archives as well as other sources to find as much information as possible about your home and its previous owners. 

Property History Reports will be emailed to you as a PDF document and will include scans of any original documents such as plans and certificates of title.
