Unsure if your project requires an archaeologist? Contact us for an archaeological screening report. Even if the property you are working on was built or developed in the 20th century, there is a possibility that archaeological material may be present.

An Archaeological Screening Report is a short, desk top only investigation into the history of your works area. It will let you know the risk of archaeological material being present and the steps you should take to manage that risk. These documents help offer legal protection and can be produced within 1-3 working days.

Pricing: $250 + GST

Should your project require an Archaeological Authority you will require a full Archaeological Assessment as part of the application.

Pricing will vary depending on the scope of your project, however for standard residential projects on a single title pricing starts at $1750 + GST

Monitoring and excavation works are priced by the hour. Please contact us for an estimate of how many hours your project may require. Standard residential projects usually require between 10-20 hours of monitoring.

Pricing: $95/ hr + GST

Report writing is priced by the hour. Please contact us for an estimate of how many hours your project may require. Standard residential projects usually require between 5-15 hours of reporting.

Pricing: $95/ hr + GST

Osteological analysis is priced by the hour. Please contact us for an estimate of how many hours your project may require
